Akemi Luxury Residence on Zakynthos island is a brand new villa with fine views to the sea, ideally designed to offer both luxury accommodation services and a unique sense of privacy.

Akemi has a capacity of 8 guests that will surely appreciate its modern design and functional living areas. The entrance of the villa is situated on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, a fine living room, a patio and a bedroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), one more bathroom and an interior balcony with an office. Akemi luxury villa features a basement equipped with a fitness studio and a bathroom as well as a cosy lounge area in the attic.

What our guests love the most is the outer space of the villa, which features an infinity pool surrounded by a colorful garden with amazing views over the deep blue of the Ionian Sea. Enjoy memorable moments of relaxation and peace and experience the harmony that Akemi Villa has to offer.

Akemi Luxury Residence is located in a peaceful spot of Tsilivi enjoying panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and able to guarantee of a comfortable stay full of luxury amenities and privacy.

Akemi is ideally situated in the area so that everything you may need during your stay is found nearby. In a walking distance of just 300m from the villa there is a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets that will make you feel like home.

The blue flag awarded beach of Tsilivi is found in a distance of 850m and is a perfect choice for families with kids as the sea water is warm and shallow. Along its sandy shore there are numerous beach bars and fish tavernas, while the more adventurous of our guests can try the water sports or the water park available on the resort of Tsilivi.
